One more food fact...
Ok - can you tell what I'm obsessed with today? :) The last food fact for the day is that if I eat 4000 calories a day and that only makes me gain 1.5 lbs per week, that means that I am burning 3264 calories each day just from being pregnant! I know that my pre-pregnancy base metabolism (what it took to just survive each day) was 1500 calories. Now I need more than 2 times that. Crazy!
