So, I'm supposed to eat 4000 calories a day! And it's supposed to be healthy calories. That comes out to about 10 servings of dairy, 8 fruit, 5 vegetables, 12 grains (as in SLICES OF BREAD), 9 oz of meat, 2 eggs and 7 servings of fat/oils/nuts EACH DAY!
So far today I've eaten a jack-in-the box breakfast sandwich; peanut butter and jelly on a thomas' english muffin; 2 cups of beef chili w/ beans, tortilla chips and 1 oz cheddar; a boost meal supplement; a banana; 2 oz of pretzels and 2 slices of cheese. That's only 2300 calories! That's NUTS!
