Weight gain

According to one book I've read for moms of multiples, I'm supposed to gain 15 pounds by the end of the 10th week, which is only 4 weeks away. That means I should be gaining almost 4 lbs a week for the next 4 weeks. I'm supposed to gain somewhere between 58 to 74 pounds!!!!!
